» How do I book you for my wedding?
To reserve your wedding date, we require a deposit and a signed contract. To get started, fill out the contact form on the booking page to get a customized wedding quote.

» Do you travel?
All of our equipment is easily portable and we are happy to come to your wedding venue, home or church. Travel fees are in addition to our regular service costs. From the salon, it is $1.50/mile with a $50 minimum, per professional.

Hair
» I have short hair/thin hair, can I still get an up-do?
Absolutely! You would be surprised what we can do with even the finest hair! Most of the time, as long as your hair is shoulder length, we will be able to get it up. But if the style you desire requires more volume or length, clip-in extensions may be a great option for you!

» When should I get my hair cut before my wedding?
You should have your final haircut about 4 weeks before the wedding to make sure your hair is in optimal health! Find a list of our services here.

» When should I color my hair before my wedding?
If you are maintaining the color you have been doing for a while, your final appointment should be 2-4 weeks before the wedding so your color is fresh and there is no regrowth. If you want to change up your color for your wedding, we recommend starting up to 6 months before to make sure you like the color and it is done in the healthiest way possible. » What do I need for my hair trial?
Please bring any inspiration pictures, hair accessories and veil. Come with clean, dry hair.

» How should I tell my wedding party to be ready on the morning of the event?
Everyone should arrive with clean, dry hair and a top that is easy to remove. No special styling or products prior to services are needed.

Makeup
» I have skin allergies/sensitivity, can you still do my makeup?
Yes! We can cater to all clients. If you are concerned about a particular sensitivity, please reach out so we can ensure we will be able to take care of you.

» How should I come to my makeup trial/appointment?
Freshly cleaned and moisturized skin (no tinted moisturizers please, as they do alter the natural color of your skin).

» How should I tell my wedding party to be ready on the morning of the event?
Freshly cleaned and moisturized skin. (No makeup residue or tinted moisturizers.)

» What is the difference between airbrush and traditional makeup?
Airbrush makeup may last much longer and be much more water resistant (meaning it will last through sweat and tears) than traditional makeup. Airbrush makeup is lightweight and provides a blanket-like finish, while traditional makeup which provides fuller coverage. If you are not sure which is best for you, your makeup professional can help you decide!

Trial
» Why should I do a trial run?
Doing a trial gives us a chance to get to know your hair or skin type, so we know how to best approach your style. It also helps us figure out timing for your wedding day. Most importantly, we want to make sure you love your look! Seeing it done before will help you figure out exactly what will look best.

» When should I schedule my trial?
This should be scheduled 4-8 weeks prior to your event. We do not typically do trials on weekends, but can make special arrangements for out of town brides.

» Can my mother/maid of honor/bridesmaid have a trial too?
Though this is not our typical practice, we may be able to accomodate this in certain circumstances depending on timing and availability of your professionals. There is an additional fee for these services outside of the contracted services.

Extensions
» When would I need extensions?
Extensions are a great way to add length to a style. You might consider them for a down, half-up or pony-tail style. They are also a great way to add volumes to both updos and down styles. The voluminous buns you see on pinterest are likely filled in with extensions! Extensions also tend to hold curl better, so if that is a concern about your hair, they can be a great addition.

» Can I purchase or rent extensions from you?
We provide clip-in extensions for purchase at $250 or rental for $75.

» When do I need to pay my deposit?
Deposit is paid upon agreeing to your proposal and a contract is signed. After that, your date is reserved!
